Contacted dealership about a used vehicle they had on the lot. The vehicle was available and I was told it would be available for me to look at. Drove to dealership and upon arrival I was told vehicle had po lot. The vehicle was available and I was told it would be available for me to look at. Drove to dealership and upon arrival I was told vehicle had possibly been sold that morning. Not only did this waist my time but I also took off work to come in. I was then Told that the customer looking at the vehicle was looking at getting finance and I would be told if they where approved and if the vehicle was Indeed sold. After multiple attempts to contact sales person my calls or messages where never returned. The next day I finally called in with a different phone number and was told the vehicle had sold just before I called. I will be taking my business to another dealership. More

Brought my Jeep (Compass) in at noon on June 9, 2021, needing service to my power steering (leaking). The service dept also noted screws in the rear tires. I had indicated I needed my vehicle done asap needing service to my power steering (leaking). The service dept also noted screws in the rear tires. I had indicated I needed my vehicle done asap as I had a golf game at 4 p.m. They provided me with a loaner in case my car wasn't done in time. As it turned out, service went quicker than anticipated and I was able to pick up my vehicle at 3, thus making it to my golf game with my own car.
