According to the information you have on your website....the Oil Change 4 Life program applies to "newly purchased vehicles", of which mine is not. Although my 2012 Enclave has served me well so far, I am not sure how much "Life" it has left and am unsure if this offer would apply. I shall, nonetheless contact your service department in the next few days.

Our service advisors are trained to present all maintenance recommendations to our customers according to GM's requirements. The decision is up to the customer whether or not they would like to proceed with the recommended maintenance. In addition, our team apologizes for the misunderstanding of whether the old parts were wanted back or not. On the service order, both options were circled which lead to the confusion. However, when approached, our team was prompt to give the old parts back.
