I can’t possibly rate my experience with Certified Benz and Beemer high enough as it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. From the moment I saw the ad and write up for my new, 27-year old, Pors and Beemer high enough as it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them. From the moment I saw the ad and write up for my new, 27-year old, Porsche Boxter, until Que handed me the keys, the journey was a very smooth one. After several phone conversations with Que about the car and having a PPI done, I drove over to Scottsdale to look at the car in person. In order to concentrate on listening for noises and looking for abnormalities, I had Que drive it for me. I could find no fault what-so-ever. The car was as immaculate in person as it was described and pictured in the ad. On the day I was to collect it, I received a call from Que explaining that a dash warning light had come on and they wanted to investigate and repair it before I took possession. Several days later, Que made the drive over to deliver it in person. Tara Price made the paperwork a smooth transaction and was a delight to work with as well. Their facility is quite impressive and professional. If you are looking for a high-end performance vehicle, Certified Benz and Beemer is the place to start, these guys are the best. More

Interesting story for everyone. I began my car buying experience with CBB via a friends recommendation. I called and originally spoke with Hector. We set up a time to come down and I began my car buying experience with CBB via a friends recommendation. I called and originally spoke with Hector. We set up a time to come down and look at a couple different cars. Hector was amazing. Very warm and colorful guy. He was very honest and really seemed to care about finding the perfect match. We test drove several vehicles that day but nothing was speaking to me. I came in for a second time that same week and him and I test drove another vehicle and it was a great fit but still wanted to discuss things with my wife before pulling the trigger. I left that day and came back the next wanting to close a deal. Hector was not available so Andy and I test drove a different car, but the same model, and I liked it so decided to purchase it. All was well. The next day after buying it I noticed the car looked like it was sitting lower than normal. I looked at the springs and saw orange coil-overs on the car. After doing some research I found that they were aftermarket, meaning the suspension warranty wouldn’t hold up if there was an issue down the road. I contacted them the next day and they asked me to bring the car down so they can look at it so I did. They looked at it and agreed the warranty would be in question and that since I purchased the car with a factory warranty plus an extended warranty and the modifications weren’t disclosed (because they didn’t know about them either) that they would work with me. I decided to look at a different vehicle and they said they would take the vehicle back if I wanted something different. So we made a deal on another vehicle. The only issue with the new vehicle is the car fax said it has no accidents but the is a small amount of cosmetic damage to the rear bumper that I again didn’t see until after I got the vehicle home. I called them to see if there is anything the can do because the only way to fix the problem would likely take it to a body shop to repair it and after they looked at it they said there is really nothing they can do. It’s frustrating but I guess it’s my fault for not seeing it when I purchased it. And after driving the car for a day the brakes started squeaking like crazy. Going to take it to a BMW dealer to have it looked at to avoid any warranty issues that could come up. But the manager Dino was great to work with. Steve ,the shop foreman, was very forthcoming and honest when I spoke with him. They gave me an excellent offer for my trade in. Overall it was a good experience. I would buy a car there again. More

This was my second purchase from CBB and the experience could not have gotten any better. This does not feel like a used car dealer, your experience and satisfaction is top priorty. Choosing this establishment to repair my Mercedes has proven to be a major mistake. I provided all information, including the VIN# and was given a quote. I had my car towed here, and was told it would proven to be a major mistake. I provided all information, including the VIN# and was given a quote. I had my car towed here, and was told it would be 3000 more than the quoted price. I had my car towed back to my home and found the back seat was not installed, the battery was dead, and covered in bird droppings. I can't even get a call from the manager to address this. Mind you my car was immaculate when I sent it to this place. As a single father working two jobs, I am extremely dissatisfied, to put it modestly. Do not risk the welfare of you vehicle with this service department. They butchered my baby. More
