From the very start, there was zero pressure, and the dealership made us feel very comfortable. Brandon was incredibly accommodating during the test drive, and he answered all our questions with patience and honesty. We did visit a few other dealerships, but none of them could match Big Star's pricing or the genuine, no-pressure approach we received from Brandon. The entire process was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the deal we got and the level of service provided. If you’re in the Houston area and looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend going to see Brandon at Big Star Hyundai! More

I thought the sales staff and Christian were very helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. It took a little longer than I expected but I do love my Santa Fe. The only thing I had issue with was how lon in finding the vehicle that I wanted. It took a little longer than I expected but I do love my Santa Fe. The only thing I had issue with was how long it took to get the interest rate and the amount I wanted to pay for my vehicle. I knew exactly what interest rate I qualified for and I knew the amount I needed to finance to get the payment I wanted. All in all I am happy. More
