Slippery. Tried to charge $500 in admin fees on top of regular fees. Got told vehicle had never been in an accident. When the carfax report was handed over it had an accident on. My family and I have been getting our vehicles from Finch for years. As my third time around getting a vehicle I went to Steph Gartly. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Steph. I was for years. As my third time around getting a vehicle I went to Steph Gartly. I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Steph. I wasn't happy with my previous vehicle and needed something larger. I did some of my own research just to find out that the vehicles I was originally looking into were not larger than the Elantra I already had. As I'm super picky and the 2020 inventory was getting slim, I figured I wasn't going to buy this year until Steph was able to find an all black Tucson that hit every checkmark in my book! I'm very thankful that I wasn't put into anything that I potentially would have been unhappy within a short amount of time. This will be my last upgrade for a while, with that being said I will continue to tell everyone I know looking at new vehicles to go see Steph! 😊 More
