They let me know that the service department was closed on the weekend but transferred me over to Steph. Steph gave me the roadside assistance number and while I was on hold he showed up where I was with a vehicle for me to use over the weekend! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. More

Another Great Experience! Thank you Crestview Chrysler! This is my third vehicle purchase from Crestview and the service continues to be exceptional time and time again. St Thank you Crestview Chrysler! This is my third vehicle purchase from Crestview and the service continues to be exceptional time and time again. Steph Jost was patient and ensured he knew my ‘wish list’ with the features of the vehicle I was purchasing- a Chrysler Pacifica. During each interaction with Steph he had a smile on his face; and he was extremely thorough in showing me how different aspects of the vehicle functioned. I sincerely appreciate how he took the time to explain how to sync my phone and upload a corresponding app to get the most out of the features the vehicle offered. Additionally, a special thank you to Steph for offering to help me move my car seats from one vehicle to another! I was very impressed how seamlessly the experience was. During a conversation with the General Sales Manager, Marino Vecchioli he ensured Steph had answered all of my questions (which he had)! The appraisal on my trade-in was very fair, and I appreciate how timely the process was. He also took the time to review my payments with me. Thank you very much Marino! A special thank you to the additional members of the sales team who ensured I was taken care of, asked if I required any assistance and took the time to congratulate me on my new vehicle purchase: Rob Fenske, Tricia Zimmer and Brock Harris I would recommend Crestview to all my family and friends! Stranded in Regina and toured Crestview for a new car Steph J (salesman), Corrie S (serviceman), Cameron C (financial specialist), Don (driver) were all exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable, sincere, thorough Steph J (salesman), Corrie S (serviceman), Cameron C (financial specialist), Don (driver) were all exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable, sincere, thorough: I was in good hands when my Jeep Wrangler broke down in Regina. Traveling from Vancouver to Regina and home via Edmonton, having the vehicle tank out in Sask on the eve of a prairie blizzard wasn't part of the itinerary. But 48 hours later, I was the proud and elated owner of a Ram1500 (2017) with a great trade in for my (useless) Jeep. I also received invaluable feedback on negotiating prairie blizzards - DON'T! My husband and I love the Ram - smoothest ride ever - and it's all the more awesome because I have great great memories from Regina, though not from its RCMP museum as that line item was forsaken for the Crestview Lot Tour. Thanks, Guys! (PS. Corrie S needs to be added to the service team below). More
