Sold me a lemon, only solutions offered cost more money. Just wanted a reliable vehicle at a set price/payment. Trade in value was 1/2 of what bought 6 months prior because of issues. My fault for thinking Just wanted a reliable vehicle at a set price/payment. Trade in value was 1/2 of what bought 6 months prior because of issues. My fault for thinking this “reputable” dealer had reliable used vehicles or would stand by what they sold. Issues started within the first month. “Fixed” it but only masked a bigger problem that conveniently “fixes” stopped when 6 months came around. Was then told the truck needs a new engine and is out of warranty….. I feel like I was being treated great but had the rug pulled out when the fix was no longer simple. I was either lied to or staff was incompetent at diagnosing the real problem. The infamous hemi tick. More

Picked up our truck on Friday, the next day the check engine light came on. It was the water pump that needed replacing and Crestview didn’t pay for it. The reason they indicated was because it was buy engine light came on. It was the water pump that needed replacing and Crestview didn’t pay for it. The reason they indicated was because it was buy as is. I understand that but one day after we purchased it??I can understand a couple of weeks after but I think this is very unreasonable and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I thought Crestview was a more reputable, reasonable dealership. Not sure I’ll buy from them in the future. Not a happy customer. More

This is not about a sale by rather something more important, doing the right thing at the right time for someone who needed it right now. Manager Matt Fischer did just that today. We will never know important, doing the right thing at the right time for someone who needed it right now. Manager Matt Fischer did just that today. We will never know what would have happened for sure but we do know that his actions probably saved a person from years of stress and a regression in life in general. Kudos to Matt for not living and dying with a sale of a vehicle but rather realizing that at times money towards your business takes a back seat. Crestview is lucky to have Matt and more car dealerships could learn from. More
