My complaint is with BMW Markham Parts Department . . this survey only covers Sales and Service so I selected Sales. Never again will I spend a dime here. I tried to return a part after 11 business day . this survey only covers Sales and Service so I selected Sales. Never again will I spend a dime here. I tried to return a part after 11 business days, they refused to take it back, even with their 20% restocking fee PIRACY as they have a 10 day no return policy..'just can't do it'. The Parts guy went to their Parts Manager who refused the return, to be specific. Does he think BMW Markham will go out of business if they refund a $50 part? Zero Customer Service ethic. I then escalated through their web site, to both Parts and Management..no one even had the decency to respond to my correspondence. I suspect BMW would not be impressed with the way they are represented by Markham BWM. BRUTAL Customer Service. If you have an issue with BMW Markham and they can weasel out, you're on your own... Perhaps you should explain to your Parts Manager, who made the call, that he is not going to be a hero denying your customers a refund 11 business days from picking up the purchase, especially with your 20%(!!!) restocking fee. He is going to lose you customers. Perhaps you should change your return policy to 30 days like the rest of the world. I sold the part, still unopened in original packaging on MarketPlace after over a week from Markham BMW not responding to my correspondence attempting to find a voice of reason there. You can easily find my information on your system if you sincerely need to speak to me...
