Siddiq Ahmed was the initial face and does he ever know how to make sure he represents that place. His level of professionalism was beyond expected and here we are 3 years later and he continues to be very informative, service driven and provides all the attention to detail when it comes to completing a deal. My family has worked with Siddiq on 4 different vehicles between myself, my wife and daughter to most recently my father in law. Even the fantastic business business manager was very and communicative with my father in law in his not so great English. They treated him like the most important person in the room and that was well received. A big thank you to a dealer that knows how to maintain and support high levels of Sales representation. The service has been equally maintaining a level of remarkability from something as simple as an oil change to any and I emphasize very few warranty repairs. (Maybe 1 item needed work) . From the initial meet and greet I receive at the drive thru to the curtesy vehicle that was needed the entire team is on board with top performing staff. The preparation of any paperwork at the end is completed with some of the highest and best service department staff I have yet to see in the industry. However, when I wanted to return my previous Lexues I almost lost the trust on the Lexues car dealer, as my previous dealer were not flexible and was acting as if they were the only dealership for car sales. That is why I visited all the available options e.g Mercedes, BMW, & Audi. The day I was about to take my decision for Audi I was passing by your Erin Park Lexuses show room were my husband asked me to give it a last try to compare what other dealers sales person has to offer say. The time we came in and they introduced us to Siddiq he was very welcoming and made us feel that it’s going to be easy to upgrade our existing Lexues by the way he lade out the facts and options in a very interesting way. To be honest, I never thought that there will be anyone who can change our decision to go back to Lexus, but defiantly with Siddiq's experience and professionalism way, he made us feel attached again to buy the new model which we are most happy with. More

I was very impressed with the whole process on the sales side until the day of pick up .. I DEFINITELY RATE HIM 5 STAR - However, I am very upset with their service team to my dismay.. I took my car for 8K service and had a couple of concerns such as Air turbulence when the fan is on in heat or cool mode .. the service person just responded by saying it's fine without hearing me in detail as she just wanted to get by the day ... very poor customer service ... Secondly I called up for my 16K oil change and service #2 and the Service person trying to book me in sounded rude and I decided to cancel and got my service done at Milton Toyota who charged me 1/3rd of what Lexus would charge me and plus an amazing staff at Milton Toyota .. It makes me wonder why people choose to work on the front end dealing with Clients for a Luxury brand car such as Lexus and yet they are not trained to offer good service - I am not getting my car serviced at ERIN PARK LEXUS for these reasons unless there is a change in the team..
