Everything about this vehicle purchase was above and beyond expectations. I initially reached out online to see if the vehicle was on the lot still. In 5 minutes I had a return call getting some particulars for sales. Shortly after I heard from Shelby. She was available right away so off I went to see the vehicle. Shelby is an absolute doll. We went over all the particulars of the vehicle. She answered all my questions and added answers to questions I didn’t even know I had. Test drive was great. I had a few questions about things I’d experienced during the test drive. When we got back Shelby spoke to Steve about them and I was assured the vehicle would go back to service before delivery to confirm fitness. All the intial numbers that were presented to me by Shelby and Steve looked good. So off to financing I went. Abhi did an amazing job for me there. He really put in some work. Then came delivery day! I’ve never had this level of care at delivery with any vehicle purchase in my life. I really felt special. My congratulations sign had graphics personal to me! This showed me Shelby definitely didn’t look at me as just a sale; I was a person that she had make a genuine connection with. She walked me through everything with my vehicle and way more in depth than I’d ever experienced before. I never once was made to feel stupid about my lack of tech skills. She made the whole experience super fun. Her authenticity shines through in her interactions with people. She is undoubtedly an asset to the dealership. I am crazy happy with my purchase and the support I received from Shelby, Steve, and Abhi. I highly recommend this team. More
