Great people, great experience! ! It was a pleasure dealing with them. Hassle free! I was looking for a new vehicle in the quickest time possible and when every dealership in the tow ! It was a pleasure dealing with them. Hassle free! I was looking for a new vehicle in the quickest time possible and when every dealership in the town turned me down, GP VW came to rescue. I closed on a deal top of line in half an hour. Thanks to Navpreet and Shawn. They care for you and your car not just during the deal but even after you have left the dealership. More

They are responsive to feedback and their service department is excellent. The one caveat is that their loaner vehicles are never available. I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Stu took the time to hear what my husband and I were looking for while showing us a good selection of car lines in their fleet. They offered a nice selection of hot beverages as I am not a coffee drinker and cold water for during our wait time. As the primary driver of the vehicle, I appreciated the fact that Stu and the other supporting staff engaged with me and not just my husband as other dealership male sales people have done. A couple of cons, that may not affect everyone but did leave an impression with me were, without the documentation posted in each vehicle window we needed to rely on the website to print off the specs. I did not find this as detailed as the previous window information sheets were. The second con was just the length it took from the time we arrived on the lot till we left with our sales documents. We spent roughly 2 hours looking and test driving. The remaining three hours was waiting for a trade in quote, financing document preparation and signing. We have bought a few other new vehicles from different dealerships and they never went as long. Having said that not enough of a discouragement to out weight the 5 star rating. We have had the car for over a week now and I have to say there have been many many compliments and questions. It is still a work in progress with personalizing the different features.
