I was very impressed by his his positive attitude and his knowledge on VW, even though he is very new. We had a small communication issue which was dealt with efficiently and professionally by both Shawn and Darcy and they were able to get me into my dream vehicle. A day with Shawn Turcotte Today I went to Grande Prairie Volkswagon in search of a new vehicle. I was introduced my Shawn who seemed very professional off the start. We sat down and he got me prepared to begin the search for a new vehicle. With very little waiting times in the dealership all around we were out in the lot looking at vehicles within 10 minutes of me being there. We quickly found one that caught my eye and we immediately were able to get om the road for the test drive. During the drive it felt as it I was driving with a friend rather than a salesmen, without the pushy salesmen mentality Shawn quickly and profoundly answered any questions I had about the vehicle, he even asked if I wanted to show it the family, which is a great feeling.
