i had what I thought was a 11:30 oil change of which my plan was to wait for completion. On arrival I am told It would be around 1:30 scheduled. I called my wife to pick me up. I then paid my bill and plan was to wait for completion. On arrival I am told It would be around 1:30 scheduled. I called my wife to pick me up. I then paid my bill and entered my vehicle when I noticed that my next oil change would be in 5000 KM. I went in and after staff discussions I am told that yes my oil change should be 10,000 km and redid the tag. (this makes us seniors feel like we are being "hosed" if we do not notice the discrepancy) I then checked this oil change invoice against the last one and noted that I paid more. On inquiry I am told there has been a fee increase between oil changes. Strait forward declaration would save the customer in have to question the increase by surprise.
