I was looking to purchase a new car for the very first time and have always loved Toyota vehicles as I find them to be an outstanding ride ba people. I was looking to purchase a new car for the very first time and have always loved Toyota vehicles as I find them to be an outstanding ride bar none. I looked at a few other car dealers and different makes of vehicles, but was always attracted to the Toyota. My very first car was a Toyota Corolla back in 1972 and I just traded in my 2001 Toyota Camry on the new and totally amazing 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited Edition Metallic Grey. What a hot looking piece of work! When we arrived at Toyota Town, Shawn Longworth greeted us with his professionalism and a great sense of humour. He answered all our questions, offered us the features we wanted at a great price, he couldn't be beat. We took the demo Avalon out for a test drive and I was sold. The comfort, class and price were amazing. Unfortunately, the one I wanted could not be found in Ontario. Shawn and the Manager went out of their way to have my vehicle specially made at the manufacturer in Kentucky, U.S.A. The arrival date was the end of July, which saddened me because I wanted to have the vehicle before May 22nd as this was my fathers birthday. I told Shawn my situation that I would never have been able to have my dream car, as unfortunately my father passed away in Nov 12, and without my inheritance, I would have never been able to own my first new car.. If god willing, I would rather have my father back and I still would have been driving my Camry, but unseen circumstances could not predict the passing of my father..to you Dad..I thank you from the bottom of my heart. So, while Shawn knew the reason that I wanted my car on or before my fathers birthday, he jumped through hoops to have my car delivered to me by May 17, 2013!!!! All I can say is, thank you very much Shawn, you were amazing, and even felt bad for me that I bawled my eyes out when I handed over my Camry to drive away with my new Avalon..from the bottom of my heart..you are totally awesome. Good luck with all your endeavors and keep on selling, I am sure many others will be impressed as we were. I love my new car, its like a home away from home... :) To anyone out there, take my advice and go see Shawn Longworth at Toyota Town in London, ON..trust me, you wouldn't be disappointed..Koodos Shawn on a job well done!!! More

While at a service appointment, we checked out the showroom because we had been considering a 2013 RAV4. We didn't intend to test drive, let alone purchase, but we happened to meet Shawn and did both showroom because we had been considering a 2013 RAV4. He made it fun and tailored the experience to what was important to us. In the end, we purchased a 2013 Venza and we love it. It is exactly what we wanted, yet wasn't even something we had considered prior to our visit. The entire process was great with Shawn. He kept us informed along the way and when we went to pick up the car, it was ready to go with all the extras we had purchased as well. We'd recommend Shawn! More
