This was the best car buying experience ever. My wife and I worked with Bill Pellagrini in sales. He started by listening to what we were looking for, provided us options and recommendations. Ended up ordering a 2023 F150 and again he provided guidance to make sure we got the features we wanted and set reasonable expectations on timing. Eddie Clark then helped make sure we had everything so when we did come in to pick up the truck it was seamless. We had the same experience with Billy in Finance. He laid out the options, clearly explained each one and never pressured us. 100% will come back and buy from this dealership again. More

Booked oil change 2 weeks in advance took 2 days to complete. Never got updated on the status and when i called back to check, the person on phone wasn't that friendly either. i bought my vehicle from complete. I realized that my brakes on the rear of the car needed NEW rotors and pads that the bumper too bumper policy ,The tire & wheel policy ,didn't cover xxxx. Very disappointed.
