Tried too get a used truck had too get pre approval Finally got approval but not for the truck I wanted but the finance person gave me a sales pitch for a newer more expensive truck too max out my ap Finally got approval but not for the truck I wanted but the finance person gave me a sales pitch for a newer more expensive truck too max out my approval even though I told him and the sales people I am only interested in the one truck Turns out the truck had been sold the very same day before I started the process Kept giving me excuses and how sorry they were and would give me a really good deal on a newer vehicle for my trouble Buyer beware of dealer lip services so be aware buyers More

Ordered our 2023 Acadia in March, arrived in May. Amer was helpful with the sales process, Shaun Hurry in finance was fun to deal with, very energetic and personable!
