Capital GMC has such a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Our product specialist was Brett Meaden, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was upbeat, kind, easy going, low pressure and treated us so well. I was able to deal with Brett throughout by texting, which was so convenient for me. He consistently responded very quickly to my texts. Brett also was excellent in showing me all the features of the vehicle, and how to move the seats, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with all the features of the vehicle. I felt that Brett really knows the GMC vehicle line-up inside and out. Jona McLeod, in financing, was exceptional to deal with and went the extra mile to find the perfect financing situation for us. Having dealt with other dealerships, one of the great strengths of Capital GMC is the client's ability to be involved in choosing the right financing situation for their needs. We had our small children along most of the time, and both Brett and Jona were great with our kids. Both Sherry Linton and Sharon Larsen provided assistance with pricing and it was a breath of fresh air to see great capable women in management roles at a car dealership as well. I was dead set on an AWD car for my wife. We already had a model in mind. I have bought2 vehicles from Capital so far. The overall experience from start to finish was positive and friendly. I hadn't even walked into the building when I was met by Trevor Becker as he was going off to do something else. He got me pointed in the right direction and then took whatever time I needed to (stress the I) to narrow down what I was in the market for. Very friendly and knowledgeable young man, and was truly committed to making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. After I had picked out my new 2012 SLT, Sharon came in to get me the best price she could on it. We wiggled around for a little while on it (of course) but you know you're getting the best price possible when they're about to let you walk out the door to another dealer. There was absolutely zero pressure all the way through, it's your choice and they just want to guide you to what's right for you, not them. Micheal took over for the financial end of things, and just as before he was very friendly and knowledgeable as he pointed out the various options. We finalized it on a Saturday, which took a little longer due to the amount of people there, but everyone still made sure we were comfortable, and other salespeople often just came by to chat (Thanx Dennis Nakonechny!). After the sale, Nicole Olsen made sure I knew all of the service options and she did a bang-up job! Very positive experience all around a highly recommend Capital for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

My family and I have been dealing with Capital for over Fifty (50) years now. In fact my dad purchased his first vehicle from Harvey Schmidt at that time. From then on we have regularly purchased our vehicles from Capital mostly due to the great relationship which the Sales team has and demonstrates with us as customers. Well better than customers more like good friends. The Sales team is very knowledgeable and rather than overwhelm you or try to see you on one specific vehicle they ask questions, inquire about your needs and try to match a vechicle to your identified desires. As customers we often have second thoughts so while shopping around it took me sometime to determine what vehicle I really wanted. They were patient, explained the options of each and allowed me to think on it. They continued to answer questions as I called in to ask. In fact the dealership contacted me electronically so that I could see and review the vehicles on line at my leisure. All to support and allow me the customer to shop at my leisure. Very much appreciated on our part I can tell you. The Sales team of Harvey and Sharon worked well together supporting each other. They covered for one another and passed on information when one was not around so as to work around my schedule and when I could drop by for a test drive or to see a vehicle. All in all the sales team was Phenomenal! This was also proven by the personal intros to the Finance team, the service team and almost to Bruce A the Owner himself. Pretty good if I say so. I have and continue to rave about Capital and I am a firm believer in Word of Mouth Advertising so am certain many friends and aquaintances have dropped by as well.
