Worst customer service from this manager. He commented that he doesn't care about the online reviews about him and Ken Shaw Lexus. He just listened to his employee and made one statement that he could not help and was trying to walk away from the conversation by saying that if you are raising your voice, the conversation is ending now. I did not even raise my voice at all. I was just trying to explain what I was looking for. I would never recommend dealing with this manager again. More
