Hello, we have looked into your claims and have reached the conclusion that your expectations are not reasonable nor realistic. Your truck was badly damaged while in your possession as you eluded to in your previous message. There is no dealership that will act as an insurance company to repair abuse done to your vehicle while at a drive-in. Your expectation is not plausible and we feel any rational person reading this review can see between the lines and understand what you are trying to do. I would also think about the 100 or so employees who support their families here before you go slandering an honest business with misinformation and untruths.

Our service dept looked at your truck in depth with multiple techs inspecting your concerns. They sent all the info to the FCA warranty center with pictures attached, and they could not substantiate your claims. They did not approve any repairs and as such we could not either. I suggest you either contact FCA directly or have another dealer re-submit your claim as we have done all we can do from our end. I would also caution you that we take legal threats and defamation very seriously and will defend ourselves and our reputation with our own legal team. If your slander continues, we will escalate this to legal......judge yourself accordingly.

Once again i never asked peel to fix the damage i asked peel to fix the problems the trucks had and that was not done. Example. The crooked box on the chassis thats not abuse... Thats a factory defect. And peel has refused fix it. Just because the vehicle has some owner damage doesnt mean peel is not liable to fix the problems its had since day 1. Im sorry to say but your dealership is criminal And sold me a defective and covered with dirt truck upon pickup and the salesmen was no where to be found to finish thr deal... Thats poor service. Terrible service il never return and warn others to do so.

Talk to josh west. My truck is still at peel. I brought it in for the box to be fixed. Theirs a few minor damages done to the rear veiw mirror from my youg kids at the drive in... And the turn sgnal indicator has been malfunctioning since day one. And tends to stic i almost got into an accident because of ot and accidentally broke the indicator off with my coat sleeve. As soon as your service dept seen that they denied all my issues and claims with the truck. Its got 13000 kms on it. 2017 blue. 4 door. The blue tooth set up you guys put in came undone and got wrapped around the brake pedal and was distracting me while driving down the 407 so i ripped the button that was hanging down and stuffed it in the glove box. Im lretty hurt over this i spent alot of money on this new truck and the body looks awful.

Not to mention joe ratchford and 18 of my friends have purchased new vehicles from peel in the last 2 years and they Are all paying attention close attention and watching what happines with my truck and how peel treats me. Most of them have seen my truck when it was less then a day old they couldn't beleive what you guys sold to me. After numerous comments about the box being crooked and being told i got ripped off.. It will help their make up their minds weather they will want to return peel or take their buisness elsewhere when trading in/ buying a new vehicle. I may not be a large profit margin for you guys but i assure you my friends are not impressed with your dealership right Now. Every person who finds out about my issues is another potential buyer lost from buying a new vehicle at peel. Word travels fast. If you guys straighten my box and take care of my claims i will withdraw my comments and inform the others you guys cleaned up your own mess. Josh west sold me this truck. Upon pickup we waited around he sas no where to be found an hour later we were presented the truck for pickup covered in dirt top to bottom and your techs spent over a half hour just trying to make the blue tooth installation work they never really worked ever and you guys charged me 800 dollers for! And the installed the wires were some how up in the steering wheel and wrapped around the steering colum . dodge uxbridge fixed it so the horn didnt randomly go off when you tilted the steering wheel up. They told me the truck is a mess they wont contintue to work on peels mess and that i must take it baxk to peel. My truck spent 3 weeks at uxbridge and its been at peel for almost 2 weeks now... I am without a vehicle because of this. Each time the truck goes to a dealer. So even if you guys fix all my issues i am still left with a butchered lemon of a truck that seems like the computer has a mind of its own If the truck was clean in the lot for me to inspect properly i would have not accepted the truck if i knew it was so much b.s to have its issues taken care of. People in the service dept judging me because i use the truck like a truck its supposed actual purpose boats bikes rvs other vehicles on floats all within and under 8000 pounds. Truck does a poor and expensive hauling job and has trouble with traction merging onto highways and into heavy traffic in wet weather because it cant handle the weight its rated for very well to have sooner then wanted. Unwanted rear tire wear. Without the use of a sway controle and weight distribution hitches the truck cant pull a trailer down the road in a straight line .
