Quality service done in a timely manor Sean was very courtaeous and respectful since day one. I had a serious problem with my vehicle which had made me loose all confidence and trust in the Sean was very courtaeous and respectful since day one. I had a serious problem with my vehicle which had made me loose all confidence and trust in the Jeep. Sean reassured me that it wasn't anything serious and that I shouldn't worry. After dropping it off for only a short period of time I had already received a call with a report from him. As it turns out it only a small thing with one of the modules, a programming issue. He had the vehicle fixed and back to me within the same day. I left the dealer feeling completely satisfied and my confidence fully restored ...which is rare. Thank you again to Peel , Sean, and the service team for getting me back on the road. More

The epitome of Customer Service I had come originally in with SRT Viper to just get an oil change in the fall before putting it away in storage for the winter. I had a few small mino I had come originally in with SRT Viper to just get an oil change in the fall before putting it away in storage for the winter. I had a few small minor issues that were annoying but I knew that the dealer probably wouldn't have the parts. Thus I expected to comeback in the spring and that they would only be able to order the parts on this initial visit. After explaining my issues with Sean in service he had me booked in very hastily for the initial inspection and oil change. On the day of I came in for my oil change and dropped it off for the day. To my surprise he had called only about half way through the day and said everything had been completed. He even had gotten all my issues fixed because he knew exactly which parts he needed and had already gotten them in! This is amazing service people. I was already blown away by the fast service and the fact that everything was fixed same day but even when I came to pick up the vehicle Sean had gotten it washed and had the cover on it. Thanks entirely to him and his department I will be able to hit the roads and the track first thing in the spring when the good weather returns. I will continue to service here as far as I can see and with Sean and Peel Chryslers excellent service dept! Thanks Again. -Joey More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff I had an appointment today for an oil change. I asked them to check what I thought was a problem with the steering. Leah at the service desk was very I had an appointment today for an oil change. I asked them to check what I thought was a problem with the steering. Leah at the service desk was very helpful. She wrote up my service order, and made sure the technicians understood what I was trying to explain. I was offered coffee, hot chocolate, expresso by numerous staff. The steering problem was rectified and they also found a recall for my vehicle. It was a technical recall, requiring a reprogram of some sort. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
