From the front desk staff to mechanics they continually screw up. I have a 2016 Fiat 500X that I have been taking there for service since the next closest Fiat service is over 15 km away. This dealership will tell you to come in for service, when you get there it is "who were you talking to we don't have any mechanics available".... Happened at least 4 times. Tried to replace and charge me for the same thermostat they replaced the day before... So a free 2nd thermostat I didn't need. Lightbulbs never in stock, when they are in the mechanics can't even put them in right as they fell out and burnt thru my fender firewall.. Pathetic that a dealership cannot even stock and replace bulbs.... Stay away!!!! Updated: Mark and his service team stepped up and listened to my concerns and got my vehicle fixed. Can't ask more from a service team than to listen to you and get the problem fixed. Thanks Mark. I would recommend this dealership for all your service needs. More

I’ve been going there for service on my challenger for the past 2 years now. They have gone above and beyond what I expected, more than once. Elvin, the service department manager, is fantastic. He listens to clients, shows empathy, apologizes if required and finds solutions. The service technicians that they usually have working on my challenger are professional and very polite. I wish I could highlight their names along with the others on the list, however they are not listed on the dealerrater site. Very satisfied with their service. More

When my husband visited last time he was treated very rudely. We decided to give it one more try and attempted to make an appointment online and over the phone. No one ever got back to us. We'll be going somewhere else. More

On our way to Toronto on March 25th/2013, our van (Dodge Grand Caravan) had been compromised (someone had loosened wheel nuts on the driver's rear wheel in an attempt to steal the aluminium wheel and had lo Grand Caravan) had been compromised (someone had loosened wheel nuts on the driver's rear wheel in an attempt to steal the aluminium wheel and had loosened two nuts on the other wheels, ready to steal these as well, unbeknown to us) late at night at a reputable motel chain (not mentioned here in this review) outside Montreal. As we entered the Gardiner Expressway at the Don Valley Parkway, the rear driver's wheel came off and crossed two lanes of traffic and came to rest by the median separating East and West traffic (not hitting a car) while the rear of the van came crashing down onto the Gardiner! We were not hurt and did not cause any accidents, BUT were scared out of our wits!! The treatment we received at Islington Chrysler was stellar in terms of speed of repair and quality of work! This is a QUALITY dealership in terms of customer service and repair. This was a very unusual situation but the care shown (even helped us to rent another van while the repair work was being completed) was first class!! We wish there were more dealers like this!! BTW, I had used this dealership the year before for a minor repair on the van so automatically went there (were towed there!) this time! PS: I'm sorry it has taken so long to complete this review but we have just returned to Nova Scotia last week after being in Toronto for March/April and another trip away in May...we flew this time:-) More

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Islington Chrysler. We also regularly have out truck and car serviced at the location. The staff are always friendly to us, and generally have a different ki Chrysler. We also regularly have out truck and car serviced at the location. The staff are always friendly to us, and generally have a different kind of experience at Islington, than say the stereotypical "car dealership" experience. While waiting for our cars, it is enjoyable to walk the showroom and get to know the sales people. Always when I go for service, sales people that I didn't even purchase from, will have a chat and have gotten to know me. Our second car we were lucky enough to deal with Kris Rams, one of the managers. His straightforwardness and effectiveness was a breath of fresh air for my car buying experience. We walked the lot. Test drove a couple 1500's and found my vehicle. Two days later I was driving off the lot with it. All in "shopping", negotiation, and signing off (plus a chat!) took about 1.5hrs. A record for me! I recommend Islington to all my friends and family, and they all ended up buying there too. More
