I was very disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service that I received from Sean. I was getting a recall performed on my vehicle. I arrived and checked in at approximately 8:45am. I was t customer service that I received from Sean. I was getting a recall performed on my vehicle. I arrived and checked in at approximately 8:45am. I was told that my car would be ready by 5pm. When I returned back to the service department, Sean told me that my car is ready to go, and he will come back and get me in 5 minutes to close me out. After waiting for Sean for at least an hour, I went to look for him. I asked another employee has he seen Sean, and he said Sean had left for the rest of the day about an hour ago. That employee was very apologetic and surprised that I was left unattended. I am extremely disappointed with the service Dirito Brothers. More
