Terrible Pressured into buying a vehicle just because they are desperate for a sale. We had to WAIT to be served while other salesmen sat there eating. Everyone was goofing off in the dealership. Not good service at all. Will never recommend it. More

Great back end I recently bought a a new Grand Cherokee from this dealership. At first I was ecstatic with this dealership and the staff. What I found out after the I recently bought a a new Grand Cherokee from this dealership. At first I was ecstatic with this dealership and the staff. What I found out after the fact was that what they say to to make the sale and what you get might not be exactly the same. My vehicle was Navigation Ready so as part of my purchase i negotiated for them to add the add the Nav app with the latest map update. All was good until picked up my vehicle which was loaded with 3 year old maps (2012). When i brought this to their attention, the salesman outright said he didn't recall any such deal and the sales manager basically said too bad, that is an "add on" and they wouldn't include that in a sales deal without specifically charging me for it. [now keep in mind that this is only $150 for the update on a $60K vehicle]. So as for the front end of the store (sales), i felt a bit betrayed after they essentially said I was lying about what was supposed to be included. Over such a small about, this dealership is quite happy to have an unhappy customer. I will not purchase from this dealer again. All is not bad here, the service department is outstanding and will go out of their way to make sure you are completely happy. If you have the pleasure of having Nick as your service advisor, he is outstanding. More

IT CERTAINLY WAS AN ADVENTURE BUT IN THE END WE WENT FROM OUR INITIAL CHOICE OF A 2014 DODGE CARAVAN 30TH ANNIVERSARY TO A 2014 TOWN AND COUNTRY S. WE'RE ACTUALLY MUCH HAPPIER WITH THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE IT LOOKS A LITTLE MORE SPORTY. SALEM WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE, PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND SHE DID ALOT OF RUNNING AROUND TO SHOW US MANY DIFFERENT VEHICLES (SHE EVEN ENTERTAINED OUR KIDS WITH RIDES IN THE DEALERS GOLF CART). AS FOR TOY STORY ANDY AS I LIKE TO CALL HIM (SINCE HE DID DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES). HE ALONG WITH SEAN WORKED OUT A GOOD DEAL FOR US IN THE END ON A MUCH BETTER VEHICLE. AND MIKE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY WRAPPED EVERYTHING UP WITHOUT DELAY. THANKS GANG. More
