Denvor and Ryder were reasonable to deal with, so far as a dealership purchase goes. The issue is with the vehicle purchased, as the shop inspection of vehicle DOES NOT match the actual condition of the veh a dealership purchase goes. The issue is with the vehicle purchased, as the shop inspection of vehicle DOES NOT match the actual condition of the vehicle. Within a week of purchase, front braking issues and rear braking issues. Subaru opted to repair the front, but they had breached our trust so badly we had an independent mechanic repair the incorrectly installed rear brake calipers as well as replace the rear rotors as one of the Subaru mechanics used a wire wheel on them, destroying the brake rotors. Very disappointed with first phonecall to Subaru mentioning these issues as sales manager essentially said "its a crapshoot when you buy a used vehicle", and only when the general manager got involved did this tone change. During purchase, as well, vehicle was advertised a bit over twenty one thousand, but for some reason there was almost four thousand five hundred dollars of miscellaneous charges and fees on the sheet taking the vehicle up to almost twenty five thousand. I negotiated a lot of these irrelevant and crapshoot fees down to a reasonable price for the vehicle, but had to use quite a few hours of my time. Alternatively, the other vehicle suggested from the sales team was only twenty thousand kilometres away from a major engine timing check and replacement, which sales team seemed irritated that I knew about. Stop trying to hide, stop trying to fluff up fees etc, and ACTUALLY HAVE PROPER INSPECTION done so condition of vehicle actually matches documentation, not just pencil whipping them up. More

Had my Subaru in for service recently and the service team was great as always. Tyler always goes above and beyond. My reason for 4 stars today is my recent experience with looking to possibly upgrad team was great as always. Tyler always goes above and beyond. My reason for 4 stars today is my recent experience with looking to possibly upgrade. I had such an amazing experience last time with Ashlee and Alex and sadly was let down this time dealing with manager, Denvor. Seriously need to think about if I wish to purchase again from this dealer. It was the exact opposite from my first experience and this unorganized, condescending man is the reason salesman get a bad name. If I do come back for sales I will only be dealing with my sales people and Ashlee. More

Was not happy with the service for my end of lease on my car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. This was my second car from this dealership,I had great service for my first car but the last 4 years have not been good. I will not be buying from Subaru again. The service department is great. When I need my oil changed or have an issue they are always willing to help and very friendly More

Booked for a 3pm appointment. Needed to get brakes replaced. They said they are not able to complete replacement as it was too late in the day as they close at 5pm. Service depart Needed to get brakes replaced. They said they are not able to complete replacement as it was too late in the day as they close at 5pm. Service department was informed of the replacement ahead of time. Ended up with just service A and paid extra for brake inspection. Would have scheduled for an earlier appointment if this was the case. No car wash. Staff was very nice and offered shuttle ride to and from the mall. More
