Worst purchase experience and most horrible customer service I have ever heard about and witnessed. My elderly parents were completely ripped off and left to deal with a brand new $90,000 car that will service I have ever heard about and witnessed. My elderly parents were completely ripped off and left to deal with a brand new $90,000 car that will not even start in their own driveway. They only offered to take the car back minus 20% of what my parents paid. The car has no miles as it hasn't been driven anywhere. It's just sitting in the garage useless. No practical attempt to remedy the problem and the forums online are filled with jeeps experiencing the same issue. Look it up if you don't believe me. They won't tell you that when you purchase. So not worth the risk to buy anything from these crooks. General manager Scott Pollock was terribly rude, offered no apology and offered absolutely no assistance to remedy the situation. More

I shopped several dealership websites between WIndsor and Toronto. Peel Chrysler was the only dealership that had several 2021 Dodge Ram SLT CLassic’s in stock with similar options as my 2019 that I was look Toronto. Peel Chrysler was the only dealership that had several 2021 Dodge Ram SLT CLassic’s in stock with similar options as my 2019 that I was looking to trade in. I contacted the dealership by phone and was connected to Robert Wojciechowski. I was able to negotiate an acceptable deal with Robert all by phone, text and email. His Sales Manager Scott Pollock approved the final deal. I am very pleased with the way the I was treated by both Robert and Scott and will definitely contract them again when it comes time to trade in my new truck.
