They gave him a loaner car while they fixed the problem; a loose bolt. .It was still annoying to have to go back and forth. More

A second experience that was as great as the first I purchased a Subaru Outback from Glanzmann in 2013. When I learned of all the new safety technology, it seemed like a good idea to trade up. Since I purchased a Subaru Outback from Glanzmann in 2013. When I learned of all the new safety technology, it seemed like a good idea to trade up. Since my 2013 experience was excellent, it also seemed like a good idea to return to Glanzmann. My Sales Consultant, Rebecca Geiser, was a terrific fit for me. She was very proficient with the technology and explained it to me in layman's terms. Being a very petite person, Rebecca recognized that I might need some help, made sure that the seat and mirror settings would give me maximum visibility. Likewise, John Biehl carefully reviewed each disclosure document and term sheet. The pricing offer was very favorable and fair, as was the trade in amount that was offered for the 2013 Subaru. John was very pleasant to work with and thoroughly answered all of my questions. At no time did I ever feel pressured. That same day, the Takata airbag on the 2013 was replaced. Differentiating Themselves From The Competition I had reason to shop for a new car and needed fast turnaround because I work 40 miles from my home. Used the Consumer Reports car buying service which I had reason to shop for a new car and needed fast turnaround because I work 40 miles from my home. Used the Consumer Reports car buying service which immediately put me in touch with three dealerships in my area. I prefaced my inquiry with my specific needs as to model, colors (exterior and interior) and options. None of the dealerships contacted had the exact model in their inventory but Glanzmann Subaru was the only dealership to offer to try to locate my desired new car. In one day Glanzmann located my car and two days later delivered my new car to me. I cannot say enough about their efforts in satisfying my transportation needs. Thanks for the great job! More

A great experience! I bought my 2019 Legacy about six weeks ago – what a great experience! Scott called me within five minutes after I had submitted an inquiry via Glanz I bought my 2019 Legacy about six weeks ago – what a great experience! Scott called me within five minutes after I had submitted an inquiry via Glanzmann’s website. He arranged for me to meet with Justin for a test drive. Justin was great to work with - low key with no pressure and he patiently answered all my questions. The car was en route to the dealership and I was able to pick it up within the time frame promised. On the day that I picked it up, Justin thoroughly reviewed all the features and set up the Bluetooth for my cell phone; he even offered to set up the radio presets! Todd was very personable as he completed all the paperwork. This past week, I stopped back for the “Encore Delivery” service where Erick gave me an excellent refresher on the car’s features and answered my questions. I’m usually a tough grader, but I would give the team at Glanzmann’s more than five stars if the system would let me! More
