I brought by truck in for an oil change part of the last Kaizan oil change package as well as a summer tire swap. When I checked in I was notified that I just missed the expiration date for the last oil cha Kaizan oil change package as well as a summer tire swap. When I checked in I was notified that I just missed the expiration date for the last oil change however, the service consultant was diligent and bundled my summer tire swap with the oil change since there was a tire rotation included in the oil change (my tires were on rims). I was not upsold on other services or products and was able to work in the customer centre while the work was being done on my truck. More
