I’m 85 years old and I’ve dealt with many auto dealerships and Tasca Ford I must say is the best thus far. My sales consultant was John Quistorff , he’s amazing. He asked me what I Wanted in an F1 dealerships and Tasca Ford I must say is the best thus far. My sales consultant was John Quistorff , he’s amazing. He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . When it came to my trade-in he was spot on according to Kelly’s blue book .You should be proud of having him on your staff. I also dealt with your finance manager, Katherine Kelly She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and never tried to push me into Purchasing something I could not afford at that particular time. Colin is the absolute best. I will go nowhere else for my vehicles. I think this is my 3rd or 4th from him. He jumps through hoops to get what Im looking for. If you value your time, avoid this service department at all costs. Scheduled appointment, vehicle not looked at until a week later. Phone calls go unanswered, messages are not returned. I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new vehicle from Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was except Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was exceptional. I custom ordered my new truck and he helped make sure that all the options I was looking for were ordered correctly. He gave me a time frame on when the the truck would be built & arrive at the dealership, and he was right on time with his estimate. When I picked up the truck, the finance manager, Kat Kelly, did a great job educating me on the financial obligations associated with the deal. She was very efficient in processing the documentation and personable in doing so. All in all I had a great experience in leasing my new truck from Tasca Ford and look forward to working with them again in the future. More
