Salesperson, Amy Sizemore, was gracious, courteous and totally professional. in her duties. Upon arrival my prospective vehicle was staged at the front door and ready for the test drive. My trade received little scrutiny and was accepted at full agreed upon value, while I'm confident I got the best deal for the car I purchased. Ryan, the finance administrator, was friendly and engaging while explaining the various warranty plans and services. I left with my new car in just over an hour after arriving. I would highly recommend this dealership and their personnel to anyone because there are no games played there and your time seems to be as valuable as theirs. More

As a follow up that day she emailed and texted she was very knowledgeable on all of the models that I was comparing and answered all of my questions. As a follow up that day she emailed and texted me links to the models that I was comparing, so that I could make an informed decision and found that information very helpful in making my decision. She also took the time and allowed me to test drive a few models a few months later but when I saw the A5 Sportback again I fell in love with it again. Amy, encouraged me to customize and order my A5 and made the whole process from just looking to finally picking up my car yesterday a very fun and seamless process. She also took the time to show me all of the set up features. Ryan Wolf, the Finance Manager also made the process very easy and I would certainly recommend working with Amy and Ryan. More
