That said, we cannot accept or engage with comments that include personal insults or threats of violence toward our team. Regarding your service visit, our goal is always to provide accurate recommendations based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Any additional work suggested would have been based on what our technicians observed and is never intended as pressure or “hustling.” We understand that unexpected recommendations can be frustrating, and customers are always free to decline any service. We also apologize if there was a delay in assessing your vehicle. Appointment times are scheduled to begin the intake and inspection process, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect timing. We strive to communicate clearly about any delays and improve wherever possible.
