He is the hardest working salesman I have ever met- is constantly running around the dealership tending to all of his customers needs with a smile on his face. I feel his service went above and beyond and I recommend asking for him if you ever go to Sherwood park Chevrolet! Special shoutout to Aaron in finance who was also AWESOME!!!! Ryan Ayotte was great to deal with for my new 3500 HD Silverado Duramax. He pays attention to detail. I did not feel any pressure. Because the dealership only receives administration fees from GM for sale as I purchase under the Family First program. I've endured minimal if any help from other dealerships!! however Ryan Ayotte treated us like he/dealership were profiting. Our experience with Gavin Lawrence (Finance Manager) was pleasant. Gavin was far from pushy with warranty items and definitely listened to our needs when it came to what we wanted out of our warranties. I recommend 100% Liz & Matt More

Salesperson Ryan was ignorant. Tried giving me the "I'm a straight shooter" spiel but was a weasel. I clearly told him what I was looking for on trade. When I said i'm not interested in driving an hour to have you come back at the exact same number you already told me he hung up on me. Via text after when it became apparent we couldn't get a deal done he decided to be a dick about it lecturing me about used car prices etc. I was told these guys were xxxxx but made aggressive deals. I purchased a 65000$ diesel truck here and was presented with a clean carfax and was led to believe that it had never been in any accidents. I realized the bumper was crooked so I did some research to find with a clean carfax and was led to believe that it had never been in any accidents. I realized the bumper was crooked so I did some research to find that the dealership had done 6500$ in body repairs that I was not notified of. It had been only 3 days into my new purchase and the salesman told me they can’t do anything about it and we got into a heated argument. I had to reach out to the manager at which we got it back into the body shop. The body shop could not straighten the bumper and believed it could be further structural damage. So at that point I insisted a new truck and the dealership was not helpful with this at all. I found a similar truck and was in the process of making a deal on it and they said miraculously it sold while I was in the process. I got so tired of dealing with them. I got Lakewood Chevrolet to pay out my brand new truck and get me into another. I will never deal with these guys nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
