Every time I go in for service I have to fight for what they are charging or doing to my vehicle. Warranty work, oil changes, and most recently my wife’s tires. They say they price match and then they wil they are charging or doing to my vehicle. Warranty work, oil changes, and most recently my wife’s tires. They say they price match and then they will not. They were charging over 300% mark up on tires….. they were going to charge my wife $600 for just tires for $288 dollar tires, not including install. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone for service…. More

I had to follow up multiple times with the service team. They then called mid day to tell me a part was back ordered and that was that. I had my car towed to Faulkner late Thursday night and called Friday to make a service appt. I was told they couldn't look at it until Monday. The woman I spoke to said she made a note that the car was to called Friday to make a service appt. I was told they couldn't look at it until Monday. The woman I spoke to said she made a note that the car was towed and on site. I called at lunch on Monday and left a voice-mail on tne service line. I got a call almost 3 hours later. Rusty said he was glad I called because they didn't know my car was there on their lot. I was really disappointed that I had to wait until Monday but understood they wasn't any availability. I was very frustrated that there was a miscommunication that they didn't know my car was there. Then I was told they close in an hour so they weren't sure if they could even look at the car that day. I was able to pick up my car at 6a on Wednesday. I wasn't able to get my inspection completed which was in my original request. I won't be returning to Faulkner for service even though that's where I purchased my car. I live too far away to obtain a loaner while my car has had work done before. Too inconvenient. More
