This place was fantastic! Smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. We bought a 2024 Durango, everyone was so great to work with, from my salesman, management, finacial, and the service department!! very helpful and kind, we adored them and so did our kids! This was the most family friendly dealership environment I’ve ever been in! We loved every minute and the best part was we didn’t spend the entire day there, we were in and out in less than 2 hrs!! All of the staff great; informative, pleasant and easy to deal with. On the downside; the showroom and sales offices are in a common area with loud music playing. I found it difficult to hear people speak an deal with. On the downside; the showroom and sales offices are in a common area with loud music playing. I found it difficult to hear people speak and do buisness. Everyone has to speak very loudly which creates a high ambient noise level. Oh, lose that stupid buzzer / red flashing light and cheering nonesense. It's a place of buisness, not a hockey game. Overall, very pleased with the staff and so far the product. More
