I broke down Friday evening after service was closed and I was 70 miles from destination. The service mgr was great. Pulled car in shop and in spite of heavy schedule had me on road by 1 PM next day. Can’t I was 70 miles from destination. The service mgr was great. Pulled car in shop and in spite of heavy schedule had me on road by 1 PM next day. Can’t say enough good things about their shop and service. If I lived in the area they would be my go to for service. Great job guys! More

Didn’t check what I specifically asked for. I had a certain sound that I wanted looked at. Instead they did a multipoint check which was $160 to tell me a few things and that I needed windshie I had a certain sound that I wanted looked at. Instead they did a multipoint check which was $160 to tell me a few things and that I needed windshield wipers and a transmission fuel flush which you literally did 3 weeks prior. I was told they didn’t check my car history. Don’t even think the car was tested for what I felt the issue was. I also talked about a few additional items when I dropped off the car and they were never written down. Was not pleased. More

The service I received from Waldorf Honda was outstanding. My service lane manager (Robyn Stroud) was phenomenal. She was very cordial and helpful in every way. I asked her if I could meet the outstanding. My service lane manager (Robyn Stroud) was phenomenal. She was very cordial and helpful in every way. I asked her if I could meet the technician who actually worked on my prized 2011 Civic Si, and she brought him out and introduced him to me. His name was Jonathan and he was top notch also. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was exactly the right person to work on my car. My experience with Waldorf Honda was a very good one. More
