Ill start with some positives that do not reflect the 1 star rating: - Lauren, our sales rep. Was beyond amazing. She was not pushy or trying to force a sale on us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. -We dealt with Chantal for financing, she went nothing short of above and beyond to help us, was very professional and ensured our process was stress-free. If you absolutely want to purchase a vehicle from here, i would 100% request to deal with Lauren and Chantal for the entire process. Now, the reasons for the 1 star rating: - our vehicle had some in-transmit damage to the door- a big and very visible scratch. We we’re ensured by Robin, the sales manager, that this would be fixed, as the deal was pending this repair. Robin, was your typical sales person; pushy, un-attentive, and treated us like a number in the end of the month sales quota, during her brief involvements. After a week, we went to pick up our vehicle. We noticed the repairs were subpar- the scratch looked as if it was “repaired” by painting over it with a paint stick, and we voiced our displeasure. Robin, argued with us that the repairs were of pristine quality, and there was nothing else they could do for us. After an extensive argument with Robin, she agreed the scratch was still visible, and offered to have the door completely re-painted, although, she voiced that she did not have any confidence that her peers would be able to fix the scratch. To add, during the whole process, when Robin was involved, she attempted to pressure us in finalizing the sale, she was not personable and did not display very good communication skills. We almost walked away from this vehicle , on multiple occasions, because of our interactions with Robin. This is NOT the quality of service and repairing you want from a sales manager and a body shop, while purchasing a 100 000$ + brand new vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Do better. More

From the sales team to finance, we had a great experience with Don Wheaton! Lion, our salesman, was communicative, helpful, and considerate, and we just generally had a great experience with him. I am very happy with my new vehicle, and Robyn was really good to deal with up front, it was a no-pressure sales atmosphere, which I was really happy with. Dealing with Dileep in finance was also nice, agai good to deal with up front, it was a no-pressure sales atmosphere, which I was really happy with. My only disappointment was when we came to pick the vehicle up, Robyn was late for the appointment which had been scheduled the week before, and then rushed us through the pickup process. It felt like now that the deal was done, we were just taking up her time, she really didn't have time to fully explain things to us, it felt like "just take the vehicle and go, I have someone else coming in.". More

Very poor after sales service! I started having issues with a used car I bought from Don Wheatons within 5 minutes after leaving the dealership.
