Nothing went right, from ordering to receiving the complete deal. We previously had a great experience 2018. There was absolutely no comparison this time, customer service is very poor. Our salesman made a mistake, we all do. He owned it and apologized. He was wonderful! We waited 2 hours for the finance department only to be told we had to triple our deposit. Robert made the entire process of purchasing my blazer a breeze! We did most of the sale over the phone since the vehicle was brand new and hadn’t arrived at the dealership yet. We came with our 10 month old to look at upgrading our car. He got extremely cranky through the process and Robert who was helping us was so kind and understanding as he had his meltdowns and he made a me car.
