When purchasing or leasing you vehicle everyone will be nice and there are no issues but if you run into a problem they will argue with you and you will have to fight with them to get anything done to your nice and there are no issues but if you run into a problem they will argue with you and you will have to fight with them to get anything done to your vehicle even though it is 100 percent the fault of Volkswagen. Not going to get into the details but I won’t be getting another VW. The sales staff are great and the financing team too but the service department are not helpful and I am glad I will never have to deal with them again. VW has quite a few issues at the moment. The Atlas is a disaster as they have a whole Facebook group with all the issues with that vehicle and they are contemplating shutting down factories in Germany with the money they have lost with electric vehicles so I feel bad for the service team as they have to cover for inferior vehicles being built. Still no excuse for arguing with customers when the problem is with the vehicle quality. More

We needed service on our Passat and after dropping the car off, had a look at some previously owned vehicles, specifically the VW Atlas, and had the pleasure of meeting Tom Martin. We had been looking at the Atlas for some time and told Tom what we were looking for in another vehicle. He was extremely helpful, selecting a vehicle that met our needs, and also very knowledgeable about the car, answering all our questions in detail. At the end of the day, we purchased an Atlas, and the entire process was straight forward and seamless, thanks to Tom. We had a very frustrating experience with another VW dealership in town recently so we were grateful for the excellent customer service we experienced at Dalmar. Keep up the good work, and thank you!
