It did not take long for me to decide he was a straight shooter and was fun to be around. He gave me all the information I needed to purchase my Nissan Rogue SV. Robbie even had another sales person Emily let me take her Rogue for a test drive. Once I purchased the vehicle Robbie gave me quite a run through of how to use the vehicle and all the things that I was able to do with it . The Manager Shane Harold was very friendly and checked in often to see how things were going. He gave me a fair trade in value . It was a great experience purchasing my new Nissan from this group. Bought a car 8 months ago did not fill gas tank up when we picked it up. Son was returning home so was going to sell car back to dealer, left several messages with finance guy , never returned call . Called dealership got talking to receptionist ( she was fantastic) she tried putting through to numerous personnel so I could ask the question and what we need to do to sell back. One financial service manager ( Nav) told her I was not his client and would not take call. After numerous days of trying we went to the GM dealer in Selkirk, talked to Josh extremely helpful got all the info we needed in about 6 minutes. I know where we will be buying our cars from next time. Finally talked to Kevin at mcphillips Nissan told him about the lack of customer service that I was given, but all the time I was on hold all I heard the answering system was your call is important and we were the #1 dealer in Winnipeg for customer service . I highly doubt it . More
