DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Robbie Paul, Shane Harold & Nav Bains are liars and will change the deal agreed upon even after signing and delivery of vehicle. I purchased a br Robbie Paul, Shane Harold & Nav Bains are liars and will change the deal agreed upon even after signing and delivery of vehicle. I purchased a brand new Rogue last year and was promised 2 years of free oil changes. I signed and took delivery of the vehicle on . I go for my first oil change 5 months later and find out that it is not free. Shane cancelled the 2 years of oil changes 3 days after the deal was done without my knowledge. When confronted with this, Robbie tells me there was an error and that they could not get me the 2 years of oil changes but could only give me my next 2 oil changes free. I figured 2 years was 4 oil changes so getting 2 for free was still okay and didn't want to argue further. I booked my next oil change 5 months later to find out there was no note on my account for free oil changes. Called Robbie to get an explanation and he gave me the run around saying he would call me back but no call back was received after following up several times. After 10 years of loyal business, 3 brand new cars purchased and all services and repairs done at the dealership, I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
