great experince so far I came into your dealership and was approached by your sales person was only looking at this time. A couple of days went by and came in again meet with Jace again she wanted me to test drive a ML I said I would but not today asked her a few questions and received a lot of information and answered what i need to hear. Third time came in again meet Jace and went for a test drive we sat in the car and Jase new everything about The car I asked I went for the test drive and asked more questions and received answer right away. we parked the car and I was convinced that I was buying the ML 350 right there. Jace was so professional and not at all pushie like most of the other deals I have made pryer. This dealer has a winner with Jace professional,extremely knowledgeable about the product, and not pushie at all definitely is a keeper. Next visit ( 4 ) came in with the wife and ordered a 2015 ML 350 blutec. Took delivery in late October had a issue with one of the fobs came in to dealer Jace was on lunch she stopped here lunch to deal with my minor issue that was above what I expected. As for the car I have had a month 2000 KM. I love it can't wait to drive to Florida and in spring Sanfransisco. The dealership very happywith. The salesperson can't say enough hang onto her top notch. I look forward to dealing with finch Mercedes and Jace and the rest of sales team and service I hope it continues to be a plesent experience. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was made to feel comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. Everyone I dealt with ( Rob Stockie, Adam Stockie and Sam Youngren) were very friendly and answered every question I had with regards to leasing a new car. I had never leased a car before and was taken through the steps by Adam and shown the various options and durations on some of the models. I was also thrilled that when I had a question, or needed to get a hold of someone, Adam was available, even on his days off.
