I'm a very cautious person and do not take big purchases lightly. This was my first car purchase and not a Chevy...they had a great used V6 Mustang with all the trimmings. I work in Toronto and did not have the time/patience to drive out to Oakville to update paperwork etc. First, Farid did a great job getting answers to many, many questions that I had and ensuring all the details of the price I wanted were clear and made sense to me. He helped me stay within my budget and add a lot of extras on top! I wanted the car on a Friday and the customer shuttle was not available, so Farid picked me up on his way into work! A++ for helping me get the car I wanted, when I wanted it! Second, Rob was very fast at responding to my questions and working with me and the insurance company to get all the information he needed for the finance part. We worked through email most of the time and I was very impressed with the response time and knowing that things are moving forward. He let me know exactly what I needed to do and the paperwork I needed to provide to him etc. Again I was very comfortable. I feel very safe that I have a 3 year warranty on my used car that fell within my budget. Even Kathryn was available on the website chat when I had a quick question about something and stopped in to say Hi the day I came to the dealership. The day I picked up my car everyone was smiling and saying congrats. It was fairly well detailed (just a bit of dirt inside) but they made up for it by ensuring my tires were well inflated, oil change, cleaned the rims, washed the car etc. so people were asking me if my 2008 Mustang was brand new! I also have a lot of coupons for future services I will be bringing back to Budds! They definitelty ensure the ongoing loyalty of customers. More

Since we had a very good experience t Earlier this year my wife and I purchased a vehicle at Budd’s. This was our second time dealing with Budd’s. Since we had a very good experience the first time around, this is why we went back a second time. Although have I dealt with other dealers and salesman over the years and had no issues, Kerig was the first to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Starting when we first met Kerig, there were two vehicles we were interested in. With one of them we weren’t sure if it would fit our family needs. So Kerig offered for us to take one home overnight to try out. As it turned out it did meet our needs and with the help of Kerig and Craig they were able to make it fit our budget as well. We ended up buying that model. A few days after taking delivery we noticed a problem. After taking it in for service the second time during the first week I received a call from Peter in service. Without me saying anything Budd’s had decided to take that vehicle back and order in another one. They gave us a courtesy vehicle while we waited for the new vehicle to arrive. That is excellent customer service from the staff right up to management. Sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name, nonetheless they all deserve a big thank you. All the while Kerig stayed involved throughout the whole process which is to be commended. If you’re looking for a used or new vehicle definitely go into Budd’s and ask for Kerig.
