Since it was a Bolt, they are difficult to get a hold of, but Tom Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. Since it was a Bolt, they are difficult to get a hold of, but Tom explained how the process worked and gave a reasonable timeline for delivery. I was really excited when the delivery was about a month ahead of the target date. Rob laid out all of my options for warranties and his thoughts on each one, which I took into careful consideration. All in all it was a smooth transaction and made spending that much on a new car very easy. More
