Great place but I feel the service department is lacking. I had an appointment for Monday morning and my vehicle did not even get looked at until late Tuesday afternoon. I had to call them to find out the status of the vehicle even though they assured me that they would be in touch with me. I stopped in on Wednesday morning after 10:30 to check the status and was informed that it was repaired and parked out in the next lot. Why was I not notified??? More

Took 30 minutes to do an oil change. Was not told my air filter was dirty but got an email later saying it should be replaced as well as a report on the apparent multi point inspection t Was not told my air filter was dirty but got an email later saying it should be replaced as well as a report on the apparent multi point inspection they did that passed me on multiple things they did check at all. Tech spent more time wandering around then getting me out in a timely fashion. Over all not very happy with my service. More
