Stopped in at GP Chrysler as my check engine light came on this morning. I walked into the dealership where Ryan Sawchuck asked what he could help me with. I explained that my check engine light came on in on this morning. I walked into the dealership where Ryan Sawchuck asked what he could help me with. I explained that my check engine light came on in my Ram and wasn’t all that excited to have to pay a diagnostic fee to find out what its issue was. Ryan told me to pull into the service drive thru and he would get a tech to put it on the code scanner. Rob ran the scanner, diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road in about 10 min. It’s so good to see that exceptional customer service was is still alive and well at GP Chrysler! More

Kevin MacKenzie is Awesome! My 15 year old Jeep had issues with the steering and brakes. Kevin got it in and repaired quickly under the initial issue.The next day the emergency My 15 year old Jeep had issues with the steering and brakes. Kevin got it in and repaired quickly under the initial issue.The next day the emergency brake ended up seizing on it. I returned to Kevin, while there Rob Evrall, the Supervisor in the quick lube, took off a rear tire trying to release the E-brake, it did not. Kevin booked the Jeep in again and it was repaired, I now have confidence in my brakes and steering. I am grateful for the Professionalism, Knowledge and Fantastic customer service of Kevin and Rob.
