During the pick up time, he walked me though every step. I would also like to acknowledge Rita who was very patient during the actual purchase and gave me time to think about some of the extras. She was very honest about the offers. Thank you Shawn, Rita and Toyotatown. More

She put in the time and the work before and after the sale to ensure my new car would meet my needs. We reviewed all the features of the car ensuring all my “must haves” were included. She got the paperwork done stat. (Thank you Sofia for transferring the licensing so quickly for me.) Gwen Answered all my many questions on the phone and confirmed by email. She was always very considerate of my personal situation while managing the sale of my car from the beginning to the delivery. Rita from financial completed my sale in a timely manner. Answered all my questions thoroughly in person, on phone calls and followed up by email. Always very considerate of my personal situation through the entire transaction. Jackie helped me out as soon as I arrived through the front door to pick up my car. She contacted Rita and Gwen immediately of my arrival and kept me updated on their status. She immediately recognized I had a long journey travelling to receive my new car and showed me to a seat. She offered me a coffee and one of her own snack bars to nourish me while delivery tasks were being done behind the scenes. The service team traded my tires off my trade in to get me on my way on a blustery snowy day. Thank you Dennis. You have a committed staff. I am greatful to ToyotaTown. You have a streamlined service and offered me a smooth transition from the trade in to the sale. You definitely walk the talk. More
