I have enjoyed Toyotatown for many eyars and Faris has been my go to mechanic really for many years sine we met. He has serviced all my Rav4's since he started there and we love working with him. He is pr been my go to mechanic really for many years sine we met. He has serviced all my Rav4's since he started there and we love working with him. He is prepared, knowledgeable, fair and always explains his work and suggests what is needed. I have kept and still drive and love my 2012 Rav4. While I have replaced several other models as leases mature, I bought htis one out of the lease as it is my favourite Rav4 model - bigger than our previous models which had the Carolla frame and a great practical design. Faris keepos it in top shape - we even replace the wipers seasonally with the tires! Recently I leased a new 2021 Rav4 for my spouse to replace her 2017 Rav4 instead of just swpping the tires and I know I will get the same excellent service. toytatown has a great team across the baord form slaes, management finance and service. I initially went to North London Toyota and had an awful, subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremel subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining the vehicle features. It was also very pleasant dealing with Rita from Finance. Both ladies were amazing and had a great, positive attitude. Most importantly, I appreciated that all the costs of the vehicle were presented in a clear manner, which was sorely lacking in my experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend Gwen if you are looking to purchase a car! More

Although when I need to move a little faster during my vehicle pick up, they were totally accommodating, but made sure I was given all the necessary paperwork and information. Gwen took me out to my new vehicle and helped me input my phone and went over all the buttons. I loved that! I would deal with both of them again. The dealership had sanitzer at the front door and I was greeted promptly on my visits there. This is my first experience at this dealership and I would definitely go back and recommend it to other.
