Worst Ford dealer I've ever been to. Damaged after-market tie rods, that had been on the truck for about 3 months, and had less than 17-18,000 kilometers on them, during an oil change. T Damaged after-market tie rods, that had been on the truck for about 3 months, and had less than 17-18,000 kilometers on them, during an oil change. They overgreased the boots causing them to split. They then blamed the manufacturer of the tie rods, and expected them to cover the costs of replacing them, and blamed them for making inferior tie rods. They refused to cover the installation costs of new boots after the manufacturer agreed to send me new ones. Pretty despicable customer service to refuse to accept responsibility for something simple that could have been fixed easily. Two different managers played the blame game and told me to have the manufacturer of the tie rods install the new boots themselves - given their in Arizona that's not gonna happen. More

we had bought our ford escape from a different dealer that isny worth mentioning. We had some issues with it and Zender was close so, we took it to them. They went above and beyond to help us out and get that isny worth mentioning. We had some issues with it and Zender was close so, we took it to them. They went above and beyond to help us out and get us back going. Rick was fair, accomidating and honest to deal with. All of his guys in the service department were pleasant and got up to greet clients. We have continued to go to them ever since. In fact we will drive 5 hours to use them when other dealerships are closer to us. More

On line booking was easy and apt time I needed was available went right in quick lane and job done in no time, had a chance to look around some new stock in the showroom to pass the time. READ YOUR CAR FAX! ! I have bought about 8 vehicles from Zender over the years without much trouble. I usually don't read the paperwork too closely, like everyone else. ! I have bought about 8 vehicles from Zender over the years without much trouble. I usually don't read the paperwork too closely, like everyone else. This time, it bit me! $13k damage from a front end collision! I had no idea till months later, steering issues, dangerous to drive, and I'm super upset! I will never “Return to Zender” again. Who would want their kid driving a dangerous vehicle? I was quintessentially called a liar by Shane Zender when he claimed I was told about the accident at time of purchase, which I was not. Truck is dangerous to drive. The salesman will not tell you about damage to the vehicle till long after you've signed the paperwork. READ THE CARFAX PLEASE. When I spoke to Rick the manager of the mechanic departments he claim there is nothing in the system and he had never even heard of the problem which was a lie as well. The service advance track warning system light comes on repeatedly and all they do is reset the computer every time I bring it in without trying to fix anything in reality. The truck steers weird and pulls to the left randomly which is extremely dangerous on the highway. Probably been in six times over the matter and absolutely the last place I will ever go to buy or service a vehicle again and I go through a lot of vehicles. On average I buy a vehicle every 3 years. Shane Zender told me to "do whatever I have to do" so I think I'm even gonna put an ad in the paper locally and other areas to try and warn other people from going through what I am.
