Quality Dealership! Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler during the Chrysler Canada sales event (July ending, 2018). Although I previously owned a Jeep Purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler during the Chrysler Canada sales event (July ending, 2018). Although I previously owned a Jeep Cherokee I did test drive the vehicle. This is the 3rd Jeep Cherokee I have owned and Chrysler has continuously improved on the functioning of the transmission. Shifts through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd were very smooth. Although from Edmonton, I chose Leduc Chrysler as on-line deals appeared to be more advantageous than the local market. The staff at Leduc Chrysler were very pleasant and no pressure sales tactics. My only complaint would be that Chrysler Canada offered further sales discounts in August (only a few days after I purchased the vehicle). Although Chrysler Canada’s office was sympathetic, only Leduc Chrysler was willing to offer further compensation. Overall, a positive experience! More
