Being new to the area, I needed to decide where I would have my RAV serviced. I first spoke with Jacob to make the initial appointment and felt very confident and comfortable with my decision. Unfortunat have my RAV serviced. I first spoke with Jacob to make the initial appointment and felt very confident and comfortable with my decision. Unfortunately, I was running late from a previous appointment when the time came and I attempted to make a change.. That part was difficult as they were very busy, but eventually, they were able to fit me in the next morning. Jacob greeted me professionally and proficiently when I walked through the door. He walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. When the work was completed, every item I mentioned was attended to and he went the extra distance to make sure that I was familiar with the onboard system after listening to all my frustrations. I was very impressed and unexpectedly comfortable. Jacob made me feel as though I had been going there for years. He instilled a sense of trust in me by listening and following through with what he said he would do. Richard also greeted me when I first arrived and provided me with information that he researched to address questions I had after speaking with me the day before. The greeting was very warm, friendly, and informative. More

Bad experience when I went to get my tire checked out for a leak. Jeffery at the counter did not come to tell me that they found the hole in the middle and took out the tire and damaged it on the rim. They a leak. He said since there is a hole near the rim it cannot be repaired. I asked him why didn't he tell me before taking out the tire. Very unhappy with their behavior. Bad technicians and customer service. I purchased a 2020 Tacoma in 2019 and I cannot complain about the buying process or the service of the vehicle so far. However I refinanced my vehicle in January of this year and approached the dealership about the buying process or the service of the vehicle so far. However I refinanced my vehicle in January of this year and approached the dealership to cancel my GAP and extended warranty that was purchased through the initial transaction. The new bank provided another set of those products and had me go to the dealership to have them prorated and refunded. My first initial visit was at the end of July and it is now 11/17 and after numerous trips into the dealership on a nearly month basis as well as many unanswered phone calls the refund is yet to be processed. On the second visit which was in the beginning of September I was told that it was not processed because of a paperwork issue. The finance manager had me complete appropriate paperwork. Then after following up in October there was no status and she told me that it could take months, even though the dealership is the one who cuts the check. I have made several unanswered calls and feel like I am being dodged. If the refund was only 100 to 200 bucks I would have probably already given up but the products equaled over 2k when purchased. I plan to continue to follow up as I feel they are just stalling to see if I give up. I refuse to let myself go into the dealership and make a scene as I am a first responder and don't need the police being called. But I honestly don't know where to go from here if they just flat out refuse to process it. For customers that may plan on refinancing in the future please stay clear. More
