Sales manager never returned my call. I drove over an hour to get my mother's car after they had it for several days to detail and remove spots from seats. Upon my arrival the car still had spots and same dirt, lint in it, it was never detailed. Rich was unprofessional and they did not deliver as promised. Another salesman came outside, raising his voice and came at me pointing his finger. This being the dealership moto, it is untrue. "We are relentless in our pursuit to not just meet, but exceed our customers' expectations at every touchpoint, from the moment of purchase to ongoing service needs. They did not care of I was satisfied, did not meet my expectations and the only thing I felt they were committed to was selling a car and sitting around. I hope Mr. Hanley will take a better look at his sales staff, particularly the used car staff and retrain them with his advertised motto. Do yourself a favor, pay more if you have to and visit any other dealership but this one. I have never been so disrespected by two men before and feel threatened. Update: as of today I received an email stating that the dealership has worked with me to resolve this issue. I have NOT been contacted and no resolution has been attempted to be made. More

Purchased used car from a new, not properly trained salesman. Car was never gone over with us. We were promised it would be detailed, after 3 times and them having our car for a week, we got it back ag salesman. Car was never gone over with us. We were promised it would be detailed, after 3 times and them having our car for a week, we got it back again not detailed. I called spoke with Mike who passed my name/# to Rich who called me back yet was not told what it was about! Rich brought the detailer to me who told me they are short staffed he didn't do anything to the car! Rick refused to make good on the deal and walked away. Out walk STEVE who had nothing to do with the deal at all starts yelling at me as if he is better than us..its a used car what do you expect! Fine we will take the car back and just void the deal. He was rude, disrespectful all while Rich stood there not saying a word! This is bad business, not making good on promises and doing a elderly person wrong! I would NEVER do business again with Ken Ganley of Subaru Wickliffe nor recommend them. I have several photos showing the car not detailed. I understand the storm nocked power out but we were not given a courteous call nor another car to use while they made good on the deal...which they never did do. Appointments were missed and canceled due to not having a car. I asked to take car to different Ken ganley place and was told no there guy would only charge them half price vs normal price of 300.00 I feel Rich and Steve are extremely poor business who think they can disrespect women and do them wrong! More

My purchase with Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe was the first time that I had ever bought a vehicle out-of-state and Anshu went above and beyond to make me feel like a local, valued customer! The Managers first time that I had ever bought a vehicle out-of-state and Anshu went above and beyond to make me feel like a local, valued customer! The Managers and Financing team worked with me on getting to where I needed to be, financially. Upon making a good-faith agreement on the sale of the vehicle, Anshu met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership so that I could finalize the paperwork and start my trek back home. I would highly recommend working with Anshu and his team at KGSW!!! More
